Saturday.

Awake at 5:45am. Let Ruby outside. Made a cafetiere of coffee. Letting it brew. Cuddled Ruby and watched her relax and rebuild her bed besides me on her sofa in the kitchen dining room.

Podcast time. But I am finding them tedious now... 

Lesson of the day: no 27

Above all else I want to see.

Time to clear away last night's washing up.

Full moon. Running a bath...

Sorted out the box fresh boots I collected yesterday afternoon. Eating breakfast. 7:35. Avocado on brown. Cup of lemon verbena

9:30 walking across Crowcroft Bank with Lola and Ruby... A 'good' hour. Back alongside the A1 to the underpass at Freeman's Way

Beans on toast and then an hour meditation. Took Ruby back to 14  Chestnut Avenue and heading to the allotment for a couple of hours

Did a lot of digging and covered up the sections. Walking Ruby into town for a couple of jars. Things are a growing...

Exhausted. Ruby too. Dinner and then bed. Tomorrow is Sunday. She signs.

Sunday.

Ruby barks at 5am. As with yesterday. And I am sat by her side at 5:30am. She's been to toilet and barked at the end of the garden on once more. She signs and I have a pot of coffee...

Podcast. 6pm. Goths. Ponchos. Archive on 4.

Walked Ruby after having a proper cooked breakfast and doing the first of two or three washes today. Off to the allotment. 9:30am.

Monday 

Good morning at the allotment and a good afternoon walk with Ruby. So beers... Mistake to eat ice-cream though. It didn't settle at all. So I threw it up...

And now the heavens have opened and it's raining. Ruby isn't keen on rain. We had the best of the weekend sunshine all the way. Probably why I drank yesterday afternoon. Friday and Saturday I didn't... AA mets on Monday at The Barleyfields Community Centre...

Folded my washed and dried clothes. Washed and dried the pots and pans. Put away. Running a bath. Had Greek yogurt for breakfast. Need to right my body once more today. Rehydrating beans. Pinto and Black Turtle. Home made baked beans later. Maureen doesn't have a pressure cooker...

Walked Ruby to Lola's and walked Lola to Ruby's. Took Lola back after I tried to unwind with Lola, but she's damp and fidgeting... Walked her back to mother's and we got more wet. Tried to unwind on my bed, but Lola is damp and fidgeting again... Bugger that. 

Bought dried peas for the allotment: not generic but Bigga branded. Sat having a Matcha Latte in BAE. Had to borrow a second coat of Tony's as mine was dirty so washed it this morning and left it to dry. The Barbour coat I usually borrow got drenched with Ruby and Lola. The vibrant red Helly Hansen seems to work. Left Ruby alone until after 1pm as the gardener is about and all she does it bark. Picked up a savoy cabbage, half a dozen eggs and bio yogurt. Didn't want to spend money today... Not paid until Thursday. Mum's not lending me again it seems?

Second walk 40 minutes in the heavy rain and Ruby was having no suggestion of going to Deighton Road from the turn off on the Old Railway Line to Chestnut Avenue. Used all the sausages today...  Homemade sausage rolls for breakfast (gorgeous) and M&S pork sausages boiled in Coca-Cola ... Very like German Weisse Würst.

Back to bed for an hour. Not sure if I can be bothered with the rest of Monday. Switch it off now!
